I am Hungarian, I was born in Budapest. I live in Barcelona since 2012, and I spent a year in
Santiago de Chile from 2007 till 2008 as a philosophy PhD student, which I never finished.

I have an MA in philosophy and for years I worked with international relations, as project manager in the field of international development and elections with ACEEEO, a regional NGO in Eastern Europe. In 2012 I joined the business development team of Scytl, a Spanish company specialized in electronic voting.
Although after 2.5 years our paths divided, I will always be grateful for this opportunity: it brought me to Barcelona.

I also write since my childhood, and in 2012, in the same year that I moved to Barcelona, I published my first book in Hungarian (Párnafilozófia – Pillowsophia). 6 years later my first book in Spanish was published, the Little Course of Everyday Magic, by Libros Cúpula from the Planeta Publishing house. My first novel will be published in 2021, in 7 languages, and since I have other books in the creation phase, I think I can also say that I am a writer.

And, since I was 16 years old I dedicated myself to learning various therapeutic techniques, with which we got to the essence of my current work: I am a body therapist, and I work with various techniques to balance the relationship between the body and the mind. There is no enlightenment without the body, so it is necessary to return to the body to regain our well-being and health.

I started working with meditation, kinesiology, Reiki Ushui Shiki Ryoko and Swedish massage in 1999 as a hobby. Then life happened, and finally, in 2014 I discovered craniosacral therapy from the hands of an Australian osteopath, Philip Bingham D.O, who became my first teacher of craniosacral therapy.

Between 2016 and 2018 I deep dived into Craniosacral Biodynamic therapy, which became the basis of my work. Since 2018 I’ve been a professional member of the Spanish Association of Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy.

I started practicing TRE® in 2018 (Release of tension, stress and trauma release exercises), and since 2019 I am an certified provider of the technique and a member of the Spanish Association of TRE®.

I’ve been following the work of Miranda Gray form 2013, and I got initiated in her healing practice of Worldwide Womb Blessing and Feminine Energy Awakening. It is a technique for womb healing and to balance the sacred feminine energies. In 2019 I was finally able to do the training with her and became a level 1 Moon Mother.

I also work with Mindfulness techniques, with guided meditations and body awareness.

I offer individual sessions of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and of TRE®, PSYCH-K®, which is the technique to change our subconscious limiting beliefs. Of the TRE® I also offer classes and workshops for groups and companies, in Spanish, English and Hungarian.

With the new situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, I started to offer online sessions of craniosacral biodynamics, TRE®, and of the womb-healing and energization as Moon Mother®, and TRE® classes and workshops for small groups.

I am back to the Center where I work from May 11, 2020, and I accept reservations for individual face-to-face sessions by appointment for the Espai Viu center, in the Eixample, in Barcelona.
