Friendship

In the midst of never resting changes, some friends come, some go, some stay. This post is about a poem of David Whyte which incorporates most of what I can’t form with words presently. But I feel. What a pleasure is to travel short or long, close or far, accompanying each other. What a heartache is to let go. Thank you. I love you. Be free. May you be blessed, coming, staying, going. May you be loved, may you be free.

The poem I wished to quote is about

Friendship

and I won’t quote it here, as there are copyright issues and some sum to be paid to his publisher in case of using the poem on my website (if I understood this well).

You can read the poem by clicking here.

I made this photo somewhere up in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, some driving hours away from Inverness.
