Again the wise.

This kindred soul was one of the two lovely felines who live in the yoga room where we had our dancing evening tonight.

It’s been a month now that we’ve danced the Cycles… and today was like going home to the family, to my heart-tribe. It was a wonderful present.

And my body knows, it knows so much, how incredibly great it is to feel this deep within the bones, in the veins, in the muscles. All that was shaped and moved and transformed in Cycles is there, still there, transforming and shaping my life. And I felt and found so much joy in this body, so much joy of being alive that it surprised me. What a bliss.

Thank you for this lovely being who was lying on the table when we left.
