Light a candle. Burn some white sage. Get a paper and a pen.

We are transiting from the old to the new. If you feel strange these days, let it surface, and let it go. Shake it off. Dance it off. Sit with it. Explore. Here is a little ritual I wanted to share with you, that can help you to move into the new.

  • Give yourself a chance to list your blessings and all those good things that happened to you in this dreaded year.
  • Then on another piece of paper write down all those things you’re letting go. All that you leave behind in 2020. Burn this paper and burn then gather its ashes and burry it in the earth by the side of a tree.
  • On a third piece of paper, you’ll write down everything you decide to manifest in 2021. You should write in first person, simple sentences, positive statements and in present terms. As if, it’s already happening. You can also feel in your statements, trying to feel with bodily sensations what you desire: how does it smell, how do you feel, what sensations you imagine you have in that future moment? Everything should be written in present, should it be your romantic or profesional life. Guard this paper.

The potency of attention, intention, consciousness together with symbolic acts is a magical tool.

May this coming year bring you what you need, may it be full of abundance, health and good relationships.
